1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.
- Products showing signs of damage, misuse, or tampering will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and security reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., earphones/headphones, software, or items marked “non-returnable” on the product page).
3. Refunds
- Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process after approval.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
4. Return Process

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- A pickup will be scheduled, or you may be asked to send the item back to our warehouse address provided by our team.

- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund (including shipping, if applicable).
